One credit = one image-to-video render. Text-to-video tools (Atmospheric Scene, Kinetic Type) cost 2 credits each because they render without a source image.
How long does a render take?+
30–90 seconds on the standard queue, typically under 30s on priority. If something crashes on our end we refund the credit automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — monthly plans cancel at end of cycle, annual at end of term. You keep unused credits until the period ends.
Do credits roll over?+
Pro rolls over one month. Studio rolls over two months. Free and Starter do not. Business negotiates by contract.
Who owns the video I generate?+
You do, on every paid tier. Free is personal use only. Paid tiers ship with a commercial license that covers ads, social, and retail.
Do you train on my inputs?+
No. We never train on customer uploads or prompts. Your images stay yours.
